By clicking the "Yes, I accept" button, the User fully accepts the terms and conditions of this Personal Data Processing Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement) and freely, willfully and in his/her own interest gives to MMC Norilsk Nickel, PJSC (Address (whereabouts): 15, 1st Krasnogvardeysky Drive, Moscow, 123100, the Russian Federation, hereinafter referred to as the Company) his/her consent to the processing of the personal data submitted for the purpose of generating and sending the notices of shipments of materials on the Website https://notice.nornik.ru (hereinafter referred to as the Website), owned by the Company.

By providing his/her data on the Website through registration with the application, the User confirms that:

• All the provided data concerns him/her personally;
• He/she has carefully and fully read the Agreement and the terms and conditions of use of his/her personal data specified in the application for registration, and understood the text of the agreement and the terms and conditions for the use of the personal data;
• Gives his/her consent to the use and processing of the data provided by the Company (hereinafter referred to as the Consent);
• Gives his/her consent to the terms and conditions of the personal data processing.

The User gives his/her consent to the processing of the personal data, namely the actions provided for in Clause 3, Article 3 of Federal Law No 152-FZ of July 27, 2006 "On Personal Data", and confirms that by giving such a consent he/she is acting freely, willfully and in his/her own interest.

This Consent is given to the processing of the personal data both with or without the automation tools.

The User agrees to the processing of the following personal data specified by the User in the forms of the Website or in the files attached to these forms:

• full name;
• phone number (landline, mobile);
• e-mail;

The Company carries out the following actions with the personal data: collection and accumulation; systematization; storage; specification (updating, modification); using; blocking; deleting; transfer.

The Company may transfer the information received from the User to the following third parties: Kola MMC, JSC (Address: Monchegorsk-7, Murmansk Region, Russian Federation 184511), Krasnoyarsk River Port, OJSC (Address (whereabouts): 2 Kommunalnaya Str., Krasnoyarsk, Russian Federation 660059), Lesosibirsk Port, OJSC (Address (whereabouts): 28, Eniseyskaya Str., Lesosibirsk, Krasnoyarsk Krai, Russian Federation 662549).

This consent shall be legally binding from the time of the User's confirmation of his/her Consent on the Website by clicking the "Yes, I accept" button until the day of withdrawal of his/her Consent in writing.

The User may withdraw his/her Consent by submitting an application to the Website administration specifying the data provided for in Art. 14 of Federal Law No 152-FZ dated July 27, 2006 "On Personal Data".

The User may withdraw his/her Consent to the personal data processing by sending a respective application in a simple written form to the following e-mail address: personal-data@nornik.ru. 

The Website administration may amend this Agreement at any time. In case of amendments, the current version specifies the date of the last update. The new version of the Agreement comes into force since the time of its posting on the Website, unless the new version of the Agreement provides otherwise.

This Personal Data Processing Agreement has been developed in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
